Liverpool star midfielder Emre Can has taken to social media to state that he is ready for this weekend’s Premier League clash with Manchester City.
The fixture takes place on Sunday at Anfield while kick-off is scheduled for 16:00 (GMT).
Can has been linked with a move away from the Merseyside based club after failing to pen a contract extension. The 23-year-old could end up leaving the club for free in the summer.
However, the Germany international appears to be in no mood to discuss his future and instead is fully focused on this weekend’s clash.
Can shared a photo of himself from training – wearing long-johns to protect himself from the bitter cold – and included the following caption, “Getting ready for the game at the weekend against Manchester City.”
