Liverpool and Chelsea are starting to get their pre-season campaigns underway but not everyone has joined their ranks just yet.
The Blues are reported to be on the verge of signing Antontio Rudiger on a £34 million transfer from Roma over the next few days according to Sky Sports.
Rudiger meanwhile is not in Rome or London, in fact he is off in California with Liverpool star Emre Can.
The centre-back was spotted in Can’s Instagram stories today along with Manchester City star Leroy Sane.
The three of them were training on Muscle Beach, in Los Angeles.
The trio clearly need to do a bit of work if they want to reach the level of @themuscleupking.

Can proceeded to shared several pictures and short clips of his busy day working out in the sun.
At least their respective clubs will know they have been trying to do something to keep in shape.
Rudiger and Can are on an extended holiday after winning the Confederations Cup with Germany.
The midfielder of Turkish origin is expected to join up with the Reds once his break is over.
