The midfielder of Turkish origin replaced Goretzka on 66 minutes.
The victory helped secure Germany a place at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Can took to social media after the game to share a photograph on Instagram from the game and celebrate the fact Germany booked a place at the tournament next summer.

The 23-year-old now has 17 caps for the Germany national team.
Germany qualified in first place from Group C after winning all nine games they have played so far.
