Ilkay Gundogan could make his first appearance for Man City in nine months this weekend.
The 26-year-old has been sidelined since last December after suffering a knee ligament injury.
Man City host Liverpool at the Etihad stadium this weekend as they look to record back-to-back victories.
Gundogan took to social media this morning to share a photo of himself in training. The Germany international included the following caption, “Freestyle workout goes on!.”
