(Photo) Man City star heads to Brooklyn to try his hand at Basketball
Manchester City star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan has taken a break from his rehabilitation to spend some time in New York.
The 26-year-old headed to Brooklyn and shared a photo of himself on a basketball court.
Gundogan has been ruled out of first-team football for Manchester City for the remainder of the season. The Germany international suffered a knee injury back in December and is targeting a return ahead of pre-season in June.
Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by Liverpool over the weekend. Pep Guardiola’s side take on an out-of-form Arsenal in their next Premier League fixture.
