Liverpool star Emre Can has taken to social media following the Reds victory over West Ham United.

Jurgen Klopp’s side recorded a 4-0 win earlier today at the London stadium. Liverpool know they can guarantee UEFA Champions League football if they defeat Middlesbrough next weekend.
