Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo reacted to the winning the Premier League title with an Instagram post.
Omeruo shared a picture of the goalscorer Michy Batshuayi in the 1-0 victory over West Brom at Stamford Bridge which clinched the championship.

The young defender was unable to celebrate the victory with his Chelsea teammates as he is currently on loan at Alanyaspor.
Omeruo has actually now missed two Premier League title celebrations with the Blues since joining from Den Haag in 2012.
