Arda Turan may not be able to play for Barcelona until the turn of the year but he does get to watch football games with his new buddy… none other than Lionel Messi.
The bearded winger sat next to Messi in the stands and watched Barcelona beat BATE 3-0 in the Champions League Group E.
Turan even managed to make Messi laugh as the two enjoyed watching their team run rings around the Belarus opposition.

Barcelona are currently first in Group E on 10 points five clear of second place Roma and six ahead of third placed Bayer Leverkusen.
Turan was unable to play against BATE due to the FIFA transfer ban currently in place which allowed Barcelona to sign players but does not allow the club to register them.
The Turkish international joined Barcelona over the summer transfer window from Atletico Madrid on a five-year deal.
Roma beat Bayer Leverkusen 3-2 in the other group game on the night in Italy to move ahead of the Bundesliga giants.
