Revealed: Arsenal suffer transfer blow after agent claims €30m target is staying at Barcelona
Arsenal have been closely linked with a move for Barcelona star Arda Turan this summer.
There does however, seem to be a conflict between reports emerging in Spain from the club and Turan’s agent.
Reports in Spain claim Barcelona want to sell Turan and that he has been instructed to find a new club.
Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut on the other hand has maintained that his client will stay on at the club.
Bulut underlined once again that he expects Turan to stay on at Barcelona next season.

“Arda [Turan] will stay at Barcelona,” Bulut told Turkish publication NTV Spor. “He has three years remaining on his contract and he will report for pre-season training on July 12.”There is nothing new in this respect.”
The 30-year-old does have another three-years remaining on his contract and is under no obligation to leave.
The experienced attacking midfielder could technically refuse to leave regardless of his status in the squad.
Reports from Spain claim that Barcelona want to sell Turan for €30 million but are struggling to find clubs willing to match their offer.
Mundo Deportivo report that the Gunners are keen on Turan if Barcelona accept a cut-price transfer fee.
Barca have received offers exceeding their asking price but the bids have come from China.
Turan has refused to make a move to the far-east.
Sport report that Barcelona have now enlisted the help of super-agent Jorge Mendes to find the attacking midfielder a new club after he rejected a €50 million bid from Chinese giants Guangzhou Evergrande.
