Rizespor target permenent deal for Norwich City's Northern Ireland international Kyle Lafferty

Caykur Rizespor who secured their Turkish Super Lig survival following a 3-1 victory over Akhisar Belediyespor last week, are preparing an offer to sign Kyle Lafferty according to EurosportTR.

Lafferty has spent the past five months at Rizespor on loan from Norwich City. The North Ireland international has been a hit at the Black Sea based side who want to sign him on a permanent deal.

The 27-year-old striker has scored two goals in 13 appearances for Rizespor and played a major role in helping the club avoid relegation. Lafferty has two years remaining on his contract with Norwich.

Rizespor sit in 15th place with 34 points in 32 games, eight points above Balikesirspor. The Black Sea based side take on Torku Konyaspor this weekend.

Hikmet Karaman’s side will host Galatasaray in the final game of the season at the Yeni Rize Şehir  stadium.
