“I was not impressed with our performance to be honest, we played at a slow tempo, I will hold a meeting with the board as we have some major decisions to make, we could make a few more signings yet,” Carlos was quoted as saying.

Akhisar are currently managed by former Sivasspor manager Roberto Carlos.

The Akigolar recently signed West Ham forward Ricardo Vaz Te until the end of the season and Braga midfielder Custodio Miguel Dias De Castro on a 1.5 year deal last week.

Carlos’ side have also transferred Orhan Taşdelen, Pekin Köşnek and Zeki Ayvaz over the course of the January transfer window.

Akhisar recently appointed the former World Cup winner and Real Madrid star as manager on a one and a half year deal after parting ways with Mustafa Akçay.

The Akigolar moved into second place in Group C on 6 points following the draw.

Akhisar are currently in 11th place in the Süper Lig on 18 points after 17 games.
