Roma midfielder Salih Uçan will not be returning to Fenerbahçe according to football agent Ömer Koray Uzun.
“Everyday there is a new rumour about Salih leaving on loan,” Uzun said.
“Salih will not be returning to Fenerbahçe, he is at Roma for two seasons.
“Salih is a long term project, he is working hard on and off the field and will get his chance.
“The club has no intention to sell or send him out on loan.
“However, if we feel it is in Salih’s best interest to leave and gain experience we will discuss this matter in the winter break.”
The Turkish international was reported to be unhappy with not being given playing time by Rudi Garcia.
Uçan has played just three minutes of Serie A football this season for Roma.
The 20-year-old midfielder is currently on a two-year loan at Roma, the Italian club have the option to sign the talented playmaker at any time during the loan.
