Antalyaspor star Samuel Eto’o returned to his former club Barcelona to offer his support.
Barca have fallen on tough times after successive defeats against against Real Madrid and Valencia in the league as well as Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
Eto’o met some of his former teammates to offer them moral support and shared a picture of his meeting on Instagram.
The Spanish giants were unable to protect their Champions League title and lead second placed Atletico Madrid on goal difference despite having a 10 point lead at the top of the table just a few weeks ago.
Eto’o did of course used to play for Barcelona and won just about every title in domestic and European football at the club so his opinion probably has a little bit of bias but it is still hard to disagree based on recent form.
Eto’o caused controversy in Turkey over the weekend when he scored using his hand in the 4-2 victory over Galatasaray.

Despite Galatasaray’s protests the goal stood and Eto’o extended his goal tally to 19 goals in the league and also provided his sixth assist since joining over the summer.
