Sergen Yalcin has been linked with the vacant managerial post at Erciyessspor.
Erciyessspor sacked Bulent Korkmaz earlier this week following a disappointing start to the season.
The Kayseris based side have won just one game this season and find themselves in 15. position after ten games.
Sergen has been approached by Erciyesspor and are expected to table an official offer for the former Turkish International by the end of the week.
The 42-year-old has previously managed Gaziantepspor and Besiktas A2.
Sergen currently works as a football pundit for TRT.
