Sevilla v Liverpool – Confirmed lineup – Klopp drops star midfielder to bench

Sevilla host Liverpool at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium tonight as they look to secure their place in the Last 16.

The La Liga giants recorded a 2-1 win over Celta Vigo on Saturday in the league and currently occupy second place in Group E.

Liverpool also come into tonight’s clash in impressive form following their 3-0 win over Southampton.

The Reds know a victory can cement a first-place finish in the next round following Spartak Moscow’s draw with Maribor.

Jurgen Klopp has decided to drop Germany international Emre Can to the bench. The 23-year-old also started last weekends game amongst the substitutes.

Summer signing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has also been left out of the starting eleven.
