Fenerbahce take on Basakehir in their first Super Lig game of the season at the Fatih Terim stadium in the mini Istanbul derby.
Summer signing Martin Skrtel is set to make his first Super Lig start since joining from Liverpool over the summer transfer window.
Skrtel has however, started all three European competition games this season against Monaco and the Grasshoppers.
The Slovakian international ended a long spell at Liverpool with a move to Fenerbahce this summer.
The match will also mark Dick Advocaat’s first league game in charge after replacing Vitor Pereira as manager last week.
Advocaat won his first match as manager beating Grasshoppers 3-0 in the Europa League qualifier clash at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium.
