Galatasaray playmaker Wesley Sneijder stated that he felt over the moon with scoring the winning goal in the 2-0 win over Beşiktaş in the Istanbul derby.
Sneijder scored the Lions second goal in the derby victory to keep Galatasaray in first place going into the last game of the season.

Sneijder also scored a brace against Fenerbahçe in the Intercontinental derby last year.
The 30-year-old is currently having his most productive season at Galatasaray since joining from Inter in 2013. Sneijder has a total of 14 goals and six assists in all competitions including 10 league goals.
Galatasaray will win the league title if rivals Fenerbahçe drop points against Başakşehir in the mini Istanbul derby today.
Sneijder has already won the Süper Lig and Turkish Cup at Galatasaray but has the chance to win the double this season. The Istanbul giants will take on Bursaspor in the Turkish Cup final next week.
