Spanish giants rival Man United & Liverpool move for Turkish wonder-kid with €14m bid

Trabzonspor wonder-kid Yusuf Yazici has been closely linked with an end of season exit after a meteoric rise.

The Hurriyet newspaper report that Atletico Madrid have become the latest club to make an offer for the 20-year-old.

Per the source, Atleti have made a €14 million offer for the Turkish international.

Trabzonspor are not keen on selling Yazici in January but are willing to hold talks over his future with the La Liga giants over the winter break.

The latest developments follow Turkish outlet Fanatik reporting that Manchester United and Liverpool are among several European clubs interested in Yazici.

The report also claims that Monaco are preparing a €14 million offer for the attacking midfielder.

Yazici would become the second most expensive Turkish international after Cengiz Under to leave the Super Lig if he were to be transferred for the fee being quoted.

Under joined Roma on a €15 million move from Basaksehir last season breaking the previous record set by Arda Turan after joining Atleti from Galatasaray.

Yazici has two assists in seven games for the Black Sea Storm this season.

The rising star is represented by Dr Erkut Sogut who is also the agent of Arsenal star Mesut Ozil as well as Manchester City ace Ilkay Gundogan.
