Spirits high at Kayserispor following victory over Besiktas

Moral is high at Kayserispor following their surprise 1-0 victory over Besiktas last nigth in the Ziraat Turkish Cup.
Tasdemir scored the only goal of the game in the 39th minute from the penalty spot. Besiktas were unable to level the game despite bringing on the likes of Demba Ba on in the second half.
Kayserispor held onto their lead and secured their place in the quarter finals.
The clubs press officer Rıfat Pehlivan talked to AA reporters following the victory.
“It was a great game for us. We were able to give some players who haven’t been playing in the league a chance,” Pehlivan told AA.
“Only one player who played in our previous game in the league featured against Besiktas.”
“We are very happy to be in the quarter finals of the cup an want to go all the way to the final.”
