Sutton v Arsenal – Confirmed lineups – Wenger calls upon big guns for non-league side

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has called upon his star names to take on non-league side Sutton United tonight in the FA Cup.

The French tactician has selected first team names Gabriel, Shkodran Mustafi, Monreal, Elneny, Xhaka, Alex Iwobi and Theo Walcott for tonight’s encounter.

Wenger was expected to name a younger side however, the experienced manager is taking no risks following Arsenal’s disappointing 5-1 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich last week.

Mesut Ozil has however been rested. The Germany international of Turkish origin has been under fire from fans and pundits alike for failing to step up in big games. The clubs top goal scorer Alexis Sanchez has also been rested for tonights FA Cup clash.

Sutton United host Arsenal at Gander Green Lane tonight, kick-off is scheduled for 7:55pm (GMT).
