Sylla hoping for Aston Villa return [divider]
Kayseri Erciyesspor midfielder Yacouba Sylla hopes to regain a place in the first-team when he returns to Aston Villa next season.
“I did not want to travel to all four corners of England on the bench,” Sylla told France Football.
“Last season, I may have made mistakes, but I know I gave everything. That dark season with Aston Vila does not leave bad memories because we learn through the difficulty.
“I could not fall lower than last season but now I’m focused on the season in Turkey.
“Aston Villa is the club to which I belong, I always look out for their results. I left to come back stronger, but the truth of tomorrow is we do not know.”
Sylla joined Erciyesspor on loan this summer and has made 12 appearances for the Süper Lig outfit.
