The North London club have reportedly struck a deal with the Ukrainian international who recently snubbed Sevilla’s offer.
The report goes onto state that Konoplyanka will put pen to paper on a deal with Spurs in the coming days.
Liverpool recently pulled out of the race to sign the 25-year-old after refusing to match the Ukrainian international’s high wage demands.

The Dnipro winger is also asking for a high appearance bonus and a minimum fee release clause in his contract.
Galatasaray are also in the race to sign the in-demand winger. The Super Lig champions are reported to have offered Konoplyanka a deal worth £1.65 million plus bonuses per-season.
The Ukrainian international provided seven assists and scored eight goals in 42 appearances for Dnipro in all competitions last season.
