Tottenham loanee won’t be able to put an end to 8 game goal drought after picking up injury ahead of Fenerbahce clash

Fenerbahce will be hoping to extend their four game win streak in the league to five games when they take on Karabukspor at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium on Monday.

Tottenham loanee Vincent Janssen has not scored in his last eight league games but will not be able to end his goal drought against the visitors.

Janssen will miss the clash due to an injury picked up last week in the 1-0 win over Bursaspor.

The Dutch striker did not train mid-week but is expected to return after the weekend.

Janssen has a total of three goals and has already equalled his assist tally for Spurs last season (4).

Despite struggling for goals this season Janssen has managed to win over Fenerbahce fans and has established himself as a favourite among the home faithful.

The Yellow Canaries will close the gap with leaders Basaksehir to just one point with a win tonight.
