Tottenham monitor Yunus Malli during Maniz's weekend victory

The Premier League side Tottenham had scouts present at Maniz’s game against Hanover 96 on Saturday according to Tutto Mercatto.

The Italian sports outlet state that Spurs are interested in signing the Turkish international and are monitoring the Turkey international’s performances.

Maniz won the game by a 1-0 scoreline via a first half goal from Jairo Samperio.

Malli received a rating of 6.4 from WhoScored for his performance. The Turkish international made one key pass but was only able to maintain a passing accuracy of 57%.

The former Borussia Mönchengladbach man played for the Germany U21 side as a youth but has decided to switch allegiances and represent the country of his parents.

The Mainz star was recently called up to the Turkish national team international friendly games against Qatar and Greece where he made his debut.

Malli is expected to be called up to the Turkish national team for the European Championships in France over the summer.

The 23-year-old midfielder has eight goals and has provided two assist in 22 appearances this season.
