Tottenham take on Bayer Leverkusen at the BayArena on Tuesday evening hoping to build upon their victory over CSKA Moscow on Match Day 2.
Bayer meanwhile have draw both of their first two games and could really do with a win if they want to prevent Tottenham and Monaco running away in the qualification spots from Group E.
Spurs face a few major injury concerns going into the game. England international striker Harry Kane is out injured with ligament damage and Toby Alderweireld has been left out of the squad after picking up a knock over the weekend.
Eric Dier will deputise for the injured Belgium international and Janssen will start upfront for the Premier League outfit.
Bayer Leverkusen also have a few key names missing in Karim Bellarabi and Joel Pohjanpalo but Larse Bender who was a knock recovered in time but Yurchenko did not recover in time to make the starting line-up.
Turkish international star Hakan Calhanoglu will start and will be a familiar name to Tottenham fans considering they were closely linked with him over the summer. Fellow Crescent Stars compatriot Omer Toprak will also start as a centre-back.
