Turkey international Cenk Tosun joins Wayne Rooney, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Yannick Bolasie in the Toffees attacking line.
“Now we are comfortable with Cenk Tosun as a focal point, we have Bolasie back, Sigurdsson, Rooney – we have our own Fab Four!” he was quoted as saying by the Mirror.
Big Sam will be without Michael Keane, Leighton Baines, Seamus Coleman, goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg and Ramiro Funes Mori.
Tottenham could be without Harry Winks who is a doubt due to an ankle injury sustained against Crystal Palace in November.
Danny Rose is out injured, Toby Alderweireld remains on the sidelines with a hamstring problem.
Spurs are unbeaten in their last 10 Premier League games against Everton.
Everton haven’t won away in the league at Spurs since November 2008.
Tosun is set to make his debut against Tottenham, the last time he faced Spurs he scored the winning goal in the 1-0 victory Besiktas recorded in the 2014-15 Europa League.
