Trabzonspor have made an improved bid for Bursaspor’s Ozan Tufan according to LigTV. The Black Sea Storm are looking to further strengthen their squad after signing Ugur Demirok from Akhisar Belediyespor and Erkan Zengin from Eskisehirspor already in January.

The report states that Trabzonspor have made an offer of €5 million plus two players for the 19-year-old Turkish international. Bursaspor have rejected a €4 million offer from Fenerbahce last week and are looking for a bid in the region of €10 million for their young star.

Trabzonspor’s Chairman İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu confirmed the bid.

“We have made an important offer for Tufan,” Hacıosmanoğlu was quoted as saying by the Turkish newspaper Fanatik.

“We have made a serious offer and are awaiting a response from Bursaspor.”
