Trabzonspor second highest set-piece scorers in Europe after Atletico Madrid [divider]
Trabzonspor have scored the second highest number of set-pieces goals in Europe after Atletico Madrid.
The Black Sea Storm have scored eight goals from set-pieces in the Süper Lig.
Trabzonspor have also scored the joint highest number of goals from set-pieces in the Europa League along with Sevilla and Salzburg (4).
The Süper Lig giants have former manager Vahid Halilhodzic to thank for their set-piece taking prowess.
Set-piece training was a central theme for the ex-Trabzonspor coach as it was while in charge of the Algerian national side. The Dessert Foxes scored three goals from set-pieces in the 2014 World Cup.
