Turkish club cannot afford Chelsea defender

The Turkish Super Lig club Kasimpasa will be unable to sign Kenneth Omeruo on a permanent basses at the end of this season according to AfricanFootball.

The report states that Kasimpasa are unable to match Chelsea’s valuation for the Nigeria international.

Omeruo is currently on a season long loan from Chelsea and has impressed since signing. The 22-year-old has features in 18 matches for Kasimpasa who are eighth in the league.

Kasimpasa have conceded just 18 goals all season – only leaders Fenerbahce and second place Besiktas have let in as few goals.

Omeruo has been in impressive form on the pitch and has settled in well to life in Turkey. The Nigerian international keeps his followers updated regularly on social media and his recent Instagram posts revealed that he has named his dog after the Greek king of the gods Zeus.

Kasimpasa take on Istanbul rivals Besiktas this weekend in the Turkish Super Lig.
