Turkish giants plot to hijack move for Man United winger despite reports he is nearing La Liga transfer

Fenerbahce are considering making a move for Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj.

A source close to Fenerbahce revealed to Turkish-Football that Fenerbahce have been monitoring Januzaj for months.

The club are considering a move for the winger considering United are prepared for him to leave.

United meanwhile are considering a number of offers for Januzaj including Real Sociedad according to ESPN.

The La Liga outfit have reportedly offered £9.7 million for the 22-year-old.

A deal has not been agreed but it looks likely that the Belgium international is headed for a summer exit.

Januzaj is coming off the back of a forgettable season-long loan at relegated Sunderland.

The young winger was loaned to Borussia Dortmund under the stewardship of former United boss Louis van Gaal but had his stay cut short after four months.

Current United boss Jose Mourinho did not even include Januzaj in his 25-man senior squad in August.

In total Januzaj has made 63 appearances for United in all competition scoring five times.
