Our current record in 6 Wins – 7 Loss.

Konyaspor vs Besiktas

Besiktas lost to Malmo in the Europa League despite being the better side for much of the game. They simply could not finish their chances. Add to that Caner Erkin scoring an own goal which will not have done Loris Karius’ confidence any good. At first glance it looked like he made another blunder conceding a looping cross but the ball took a nasty deflection. Anyway, Karius has actually been in decent form. I expect Besiktas to bounce back from their European disaster.

Prediction: Besiktas -0 (Draw No Bet)

Kayserispor vs Rizespor

Kayserispor are in freefall losing their last three games on the trot. Rizespor have not exactly been lighting the league up but they did beat Fenerbahce 3-0 last week. The visitors will be in high spirits. Expect them to leave with at least a point against a Kayseri side that have been quite frankly, awful.

Bursaspor vs Ankaragucu

Bursaspor have yet to win a single game this season. The Green Crocodiles are usually strong at home but have just not clicked yet. Newly promoted Ankaragucu have been unpredictable. They are at their best playing on the counter and are actually the second best ranked away side in the league. The value is on the boys from Ankara.

Erzurum vs Alanyaspor

Erzurumspor look like they will be heading back to the second-tier next season if they do not buck up their ideas. Alanyaspor meanwhile are on a four-game winning streak. We are riding the Alanya train until the wheels fall off.

Antalyaspor vs Galatasaray

Galatasaray may be first in the table. They may be the reigning champions. They may be competing in the Champions League. But they have been terrible on the road. The Lions have lost their last two away games in the league. Antalyaspor meanwhile have not lost at home. Despite the stats I see Galatasaray bouncing back after a narrow defeat against Porto in the Champions League which they really should not have lost.

Prediction: Galatasaray -0 (Draw No Bet)

Malatyaspor vs Sivasspor

Big regional derby between two unpredictable sides. Staying clear of this one.

Fenerbahce vs Basaksehir

Phillip Cocu got a much needed win in the Europa League mid-week. After a dismal run of form it was imperative that Fenerbahce got a win. Basaksehir will be a far tougher opposition. Abdullah Avci’s side have a great  The former Istanbul minnows are no pushovers and there could well be another surprise on the cards.

Prediction: Basaksehir +0.5 (Asian Handicap)
