(Video) £30m Man Utd target Calhanoglu scores winning goal for Turkey

Chelsea transfer news

Turkey beat the Czech Republic 2-0 in Prague to remain in third place in Euro 2016 Group A.

Bayer Leverkusen star Hakan Çalhanoğlu scored the winning goal finishing off Arda Turan’s wonderful assist in style from just outside the six-yard box.

The 21-year-old play-maker has attracted interest from Manchester United but the Red Devils will have to part with £30 million for his signature according to Tutto Mercato Web (via the Mirror‘s Aaron Flanagan).

The Crescent-Stars have now won back-to-back games and kept two consecutive clean sheets in the process. Turkey need just a single point from their last group stage game against Iceland to book a place in the play-offs.

Turkey could of course avoid the play-off stage altogether with a win against Iceland if Kazakhstan beat Latvia in their final game.

The Netherlands are on the verge of an early exit unless Turkey lose and they beat the Czech Republic in their last game.
