(Video) Beşiktaş 2-0 Skenderbeu: Black Eagles move into first place following Cenk Tosun brace

Beşiktaş beat Skenderbeu 2-0 at the Atatürk Olympic stadium thanks to a brace from Cenk Tosun to move into first place in the Europa League Group H.

Tosun was given the nod ahead of Mario Gomez by head coach Şenol Güneş and justified the decision of the manager when he rose the highest to head in Ismail Koybaşı’s cross on 35 minutes.

The Turkish international striker doubled the Black Eagles lead on 78 minutes after a brilliant counter-attacking move started by Gökhan Töre.

Tosun could easily have had a hat-trick but his finishing let him down at times.

The Black Eagles would have booked a place in the Round of 32 had Spartak Moscow drew or beat Sporting Lisbon but they ended up suffering a humiliating 4-1 defeat.
