Video: Emenike scores brace in first game since leaving West Ham

during the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Round of 16 match between France and Nigeria at Estadio Nacional on June 30, 2014 in Brasilia, Brazil.

Fenerbahce beat Monaco 2-1 in the Champions League 3. Round first-leg qualification tie at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium.

Emmanuel Emenike started his first game since returning from a loan move to West Ham and opened the scoring for the home side.

Monaco equalised soon after following a comedy of errors in the Fenerbahce defence but Emenike came to the rescue scoring a wonderful scissor kick in the second half.

Emenike was taken off for Aatif Chahechouhe late in the second half and received a standing ovation from the home fans.

The Yellow Canaries will take on Monaco next week in France for the return-leg clash.
