Fenerbahçe beat rivals Trabzonspor 2-0 at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium to overtake Beşiktaş and move into first place in the league table.
Former Manchester United winger Luis Nani scored the opening goal on 11 minutes and then went onto setup Fernandao with the winner two minutes before full time.
Nani now has six goals and five assists in all competitions for the Yellow Canaries since joining on a three-year deal over the summer.
The Portuguese international gave a man of the match performance. Nani took the highest number of shots on target (3) the most key passes (2) and the highest number of successful dribbles (3) over the course of the 90 minutes.
Nani is currently statistically rated the best performing player in the Turkish Super League according to Whoscored.
