Kasimpasa beat Sivasspor 2-1 at home to move into fifth place in the Turkish Super League.

Switzerland international of Turkish origin Eren Derdiyok opened the scoring with a powerful drive from the edge of the penalty area on 31 minutes and Andre Castro doubled the home sides lead two minutes into the start of the second half.

John Boye pulled one back for Sivasspor on 63 minutes but it proved to be little more than a consolation goal as the away side dropped into 15th place without a single victory to their name this season.
