After an impressive run filling in for injured team captain Jordan Henderson the mood has changed quite drastically.

Can has started the Reds last eight games and been involved in an unbeaten seven game unbeaten run.

The Germany international of Turkish origin started yet against against West Brom at the Hawthorns.
