Mesut Ozil has welcomed a new member to Arsenal during a squad photo shoot.
The Germany international decided to include Per Mertesacker’s son in the shoot.
Ozil took to social media to post the video and included the following caption, “Surprising guest during yesterday’s photocall. Maybe already a new youngster for 2018 Gunners academy chief.”

The 28-year-old is expected to be rested tonight when the Gunners take on FC Koln in the Europa League.
Arsenal take on the London rivals Chelsea in the Premier League this weekend.
