Beşiktaş midfielder Tolgay Arslan’s goal against Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 second leg tie at the Atatürk Olympic stadium was selected by UEFA as being the third best goal in the competition this season.
The UEFA panel that decided the top 10 was made up of experts including Sir Alex Ferguson and Lars Lagerbäck.
