Tottenham were knocked out of the Europa League 5-1 on aggregate following a 2-1 loss against Borussia Dortmund at White Hart Lane.
Aubamayan scored a brace to give Spurs no chance of progression although Son did score a late consolation goal.
Dortmund boss picked a full strength side but was without Ilkay Gundogan and Sven Bender due to injury.
Turkish international midfielder Nuri Sahin was included in the squad but was rested and did not make an appearance.
The quarterfinal draw for the next round of the Europa League will take place tomorrow.
