Mesut Ozil’s dummy during Arsenal’s 4-1 victory over West Brom yesterday has set social media alight.
The Germany international left the West Brom defender Craig Dawson dumbfounded in the 64th minute of the game with an astonishing dummy.
Özil started for the Gunners and made a total of 81 passes at a 91.4 percent accuracy.
Whoscored gave the World Cup winner a rating of 8.00. Özil has not scored lower than a 7.00 rating since returning from injury at the turn of the year.
Özil has been in excellent form since returning to the first team after spending three months on the sidelines.
The Arsenal star has won two Vitality Arsenal Player of the Month as well as a PFA Fans Player of the Month award in 2015. Özil is expected to start in the FA Cup final against Aston Villa next week.
The victory earned the North London based club a third place finish and automatic qualification to next seasons Champions League.
