Watch: Tottenham striker has goal disallowed in Intercontinental Derby
Fenerbahce held Galatasaray to a goalless draw at the Turk Telekom Arena in the Intercontinental Derby on Sunday 22 October.
Tottenham striker on loan at Fenerbahce Vincent Janssen started his first Istanbul derby clash.
Janssen headed into the game having been the hero in the last Istanbul derby against Besiktas where he scored and provided the penalty for his sides opening goal in the 2-1 victory.
The 23-year-old came close to scoring against Galatasaray as well.
Technically he found the back of the net but the goal was disallowed for a foul Janssen made on Galatasaray defender Serdar Aziz in the lead up.
