Watford v Man City – Probable lineups – Germany international could make first start in 10 months

Watford FC take on an in-form Manchester City today in the Premier League as they look to maintain their winning run. The clash takes place at Vicarage Road while kick-off is scheduled for 15:00 (GMT).

Man City also come into this weekends clash in impressive form following a 5-0 win over Liverpool and 4-0 victory over Feyenoord in the UEFA Champions League. Pep Guardiola’s side have won three games in a row, scoring nine goals in the process.

Germany international playmaker Ilkay Gundogan could make his first appearance in over ten months for the Citizens today. The 26-year-old has been sidelined since December after suffering a knee injury.

Club captain Vincent Kompany is likely to miss today’s clash after picking up an injury while on international duty with Belgium.

First-choice goalkeeper Ederson is expected to start today despite being stretchered off the field last weekend.
