Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic could be sacked before the end of the week according to NTV Spor.
The sports news channel has reported that the Black Eagles board meeting held today came to a decision to part ways with the Croatian manager.
The club has not however, confirmed the news and there is no indication from official club sources that Bilic will be fired before the derby against Galatasaray on the weekend.
Beşiktaş crashed out of the title race on Monday 18 May after losing 1-0 against Konyaspor at the Osmanlı stadium in Ankara.
The Black Eagles do however, still have a chance of finishing as runners up and booking a place in the Champions League next season.
Bilic revealed that he does not expect to be Beşiktaş head coach next season.
“I do not expect Beşiktaş to keep me on at the end of the season,” Bilic said speaking on Lig Tv after the Konyaspor game.
The Daily Star recently reported that the former Croatian national team manager is prepared to hold talks with West Ham to replace Sam Allardyce this summer.
