West Ham target wants Premier League move

Slaven Bilic

Besiktas midfielder Atiba Hutchinson has expressed a desire to play in the Premier League.

Sources close to Atiba have told Turkish-Football.com that the 33-year-old does not want to miss out on the opportunity of playing in the Premier League.

However, Besiktas president Fikret Orman is unwilling to offload the experinced midfielder.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has a close relationship with Hutchinson who has another year remaining on his current contract. Besiktas have yet to enter contact extension talks with the star midfielder.

Hutchinson established himself as a key member of the Besiktas side under the stewardship of Bilic during his two-year stint in charge of the club. The Canadian international also played a major role in the Black Eagles winning the league title last season.

The 33-year-old provided two assists and scored two gaols in 43 appearances for Besiktas this season.
