Yanal dismayed at Trabzonspor performance [divider]
Trabzonspor manager Ersun Yanal admitted he was dismayed with his sides performance following the 2-2 draw against Balıkesirspor.
“We are not happy with the result,” Yanal said.
“We did not control the game as we would have liked, we conceded really soft goals, our defending was simply not up to scratch.
“The goals we conceded were shocking, I could not believe the state of our defending today.
“Our performance was amateurish and we were rescued with a last minute goal otherwise it was going to be an embarrassing defeat.
“Having to rescue points in additional time shows just how much work we have to do.”
Trabzonspor conceded twice early in the first half and played catch up for much of the game.
Paraguayan international Oscar Cardozo rescued the Black Sea Storm a point just before the final whistle.
Trabzonspor remain in 6th place on 23 points following the draw.
