Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic has been closely linked with a summer exit after being left out of the Far-East tour squad.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp does not appear to have plans for the Serbian international next season.
The Mirror claim that Liverpool are prepared to take their losses on the winger and sell him for £12 million.
Besiktas are keen on Markovic but only want him on loan according to CNN Turk.

Per the source, the Black Eagles are considering bringing Markovic in to provide additional depth on the wing.
The report claims that Besiktas view Markovic as a rotation player ahead of a gruelling season.
The Istanbul giants are lacking depth in wide areas following injury to Gokhan Tore who will be out for months.
The reigning Turkish league champions have booked a place in the Champions League group stages.
Markovic could end up facing the Reds in the Champions League – should they progress past the playoff round.
Liverpool will be in pot three if they qualify for the group stage.
Besiktas will have to wait until the end of the playoff stage to discover if they will be pot three or four.
Don’t let any Turkish club take Markovic on Loan as I’m totally fed up with Turkish teams always on the scrounge looking to Loan players only and then they add with the option to buy which they Never do so don’t let him go on loan to a Turkish team !!
