Chelsea v Arsenal : Confirmed Starting Line-ups – Mesut Ozil starts, Ramsey out
Arsenal take on Chelsea in the Premier League hoping to beat their London rivals for the first time since that crazy 3-5 victory in 2011.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has given Hector Bellerin the nod over Gabriel, putting an end to the Brazilian defender being used as an experimental right-back.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will start in central midfield while Aaron Ramsey misses out due to injury after hobbling off against Watford mid-week due to a calf injury.
Wenger has star players Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez available, both will start against the Premier League leaders.
Theo Walcott also starts. The England international was the last Arsenal footballer to find the back of the net at Stamford Bridge, in January 2013 in a 2-1 loss and he also scored in the Gunners last Premier League win at the stadium, 5-3 in October 2011.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has a full-strength side to pick from with Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Kante all in the starting line-up.
The Gunners may have not beat Chelsea on the road in almost six years but they will be desperate for a win today considering the league standings.
The North London based outfit do however, have reason to be optimistic having won three of their four London derbies this season.
The Blues have however, won their last eight consecutive Premier League home games which is their best run in the league since January 2015.
The Blues are currently first in the league, nine points ahead of third placed Arsenal.
