Turkey were held to a goalless draw against Bosnia at the Caykur Didi Stadium in Rize, on the Black Sea coast on Thursday.
Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu has yet to make a single appearance for the Foxes despite joining on a £19m move from Freiburg on transfer deadline day.
Despite struggling to make the matchday squad for the Foxes, Soyuncu has kept his place as a first-choice defender for Turkey.
Soyuncu has started the last three games for the Crescent-Stars since completing his Leicester move.
The 21-year-old defender put on an impressive display preventing Edin Dzeko from getting his name on the scoresheet.
The cenre-back was dominant in the air, made important tackles, interceptions and blocks and also played to ball out of defence well.
Soyuncu is expected to start for Turkey against Russia in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday.
The defender will be hoping to make his debut for Leicester when they take on Arsenal after the international break as Wes Morgan is out suspended after being sent off for the second time in three games.
