£20m Leicester City Signing Arrives In England After Completing Transfer & Being Granted A Work Permit

Leicester City signing Caglar Soyuncu has arrived in England and will arrive at the club training grounds shortly.

Soyuncu completed his transfer today after being granted his work permit today.

The 22-year-old had already agreed a deal with the Foxes to join on a five-year deal but it was subject to him being granted permission to play in England.

Soyuncu flew to England from Germany with his agent Mustafa Dogru earlier today.

The agent revealed to Turkish-Football on Monday that the initial transfer fee was £18.3m [€20.5m] and could rise to £20m [€22.5m] with bonuses.

Soyuncu will take at least a fortnight to regain match fitness after recently recovering form a muscle injury.

The defender could be ready in time for the Liverpool clash on 1 September at the King Power stadium but is unlikely to feature next week against Southampton.

The Turkey international will not play against Wolves on the weekend.
